Servo bellcrank shaft issue??

I am in the process of building my 600NP and when I went to install the servo bellcranks I noticed that the shaft WILL NOT go through the bearings or the center bell crank!! It seems the shaft diameter is too big. has anyone else had this problem? I tried putting the shaft in a drill and sanding it down but no luck still wont go. Other than getting a new shaft and hoping its the right size does anyone have a recommendation? Thanks.

Problem solved! guess i just got a bad one went and picked up new ones and they fit fine.
