Trying to log my headspeed with an eagletree v3 (150amp version) and the brushless rpm sensor.
I have a scorpion -10 with a 14t pinion, In the eagletree settings I have set it to 6 poles and a 10.71 gear ration ... is that correct? With a hyperion 4s 2200 35C battery Im getting a whopping 3900rpm at 95% throttle curve to get the headspeed down to about 3200rpm I have to put the throttle curve right down to 60-65% Is that normal or am I doing something wrong? The data in the graph below was from a 60% throttle curve.

You have to use 12,64 gear ratio for e-logger (177/14)

oh, I read somewhere it was a 150t main gear ... that explains
I guess I'll put the throttle curve back up to 90% then to get about 3200 head speed. Is 3200 about right?

The T-Rex 450 has a 150 tooth main gear, the Rave is 177.

this is where I got the info from :
http://www.completeheli.com/Rave-450...Kit-ND-YR-K006 ok so at 85% throttle curve Im getting 3200 but dropping off a bit towards the end of the pack so I'll put it up to 87% the tail seems to be holding better at the lower speed (its been drifting at 90 & 95% before) what sorta range should my gyro gain be? (mini-g and 3500g)
