There is nothing new about the proposal. The proposal was basically the same when the new 2006 F3C maneuvers were being proposed. This deal about fuel was in one of the proposals. Also this is for FAI F3C events that the proposal is being proposed for. So only thing it would affect is international events. F3C events in each country would still fall under their country's regulations. Japan already has a regulation on fuel. They are only allowed to fly 20% nitro in helis. If they fly 30% the fuel has to be certain type of oil and precentage.
