Default Novus CP tail motor ?

The tail motor powers up before the main Blades causing the bird to drift left on take off and once 2 - 3 foot off the floor, makes it hard to orientate before running out of flight area.
The manual doesn't give much info any input of how to adjust would be great.

Read page 24 of your manual. It shows exactly what do do to compensate for this. It seems that your revo mixing or gain is not optimal. Get a small phillips screwdriver and follow the instructions.

Also check that the tail rotor is on tight, if it is not the gears will not always engage and it ends in blade replacemet. I have also found that the tail rotor shaft bends extremly easy. Has oneone found a better shaft? and a better way yo keep the tail rotor attached?

I used some plastic tupe from Glow aircraft throttle cable sheaths on my blade and Axe, but its all too big for this little thing.
