Big LAMA starting problem

Newbie who purchased a big lama 4 2.4 GHz and cant get motors to start. Throttle trim and throttle held down all the way down when powering up Rx. Connect battery and get a couple of blinking green LEDs on the 4 in 1 that go solid red. servo works but motor doesn't start. Any help here?

you might have to bind the transmitter with the heli,read though the manual on how to do this
i think(i hant ever used 2.4 ghz) you turn on the heli first then the transmitter and press the small red bind button and wait while the light on the heli goes from blinking red to very slowly flashing green(and i mean slowly) then to solid green

im shore someone with more exerience with the 2.4 gig system will be along soon to help you better
