Is 7.4V 800maH Lipo okay in a T250?

I don't have a T250 so I've never read the docs.
Here's what me and a friend saw:

His stock align ESC stopped making any kind of startup sounds, good or bad.
Yet his heli works great on 11.1v lipos.
Then he put one of my 7.4V lipos in it - fully charged...and the motor doesn't
spin up. Go back to 11.1v lipo and the heli runs fine.

So I need to make absolutely sure that a T250 is rated for 7.4v.
If that's the case then there may be something wrong with his ESC
considering that it doesn't make it's normal startup beeps either.

you need a 3s lipo.

+10 on the 3s batts

sometimes the beeps are softer -- thats normal (on 3s) it depends on where the bell lands in comparsion to the windings on the motor

3s with a 25 c 860mah

when you plug in the battery (3s) and dont hear the beeps immediatly, try turning the main blades a bit and you will probably hear the beeps as the motor moves to the right spot.
