Tail rotor question

Building a Vario Robinson, fitting the tail gearbox to boom, looking from the REAR of the heli, with tail servo etc set up and at flying centre, with pitch on blades, looking from rear, which way should the LEADING EDGAeof the blades point at the hover point, the reason i ask, is these appear opposite to my benzin trainer, which has the gearbox on the same side.
