Exclamation Donations for Drdispatch

For those who haven't heard, a member of our community was the victim of a LiPo fire that destroyed his family home, and everything in it, including his helis.

Link is here

If anyone would like to make a donation, however small, I'm sure it would go a long way to helping a fellow freak in his, and his family's time of need.

I feel that Paypal is the simplest and most secure way to donate.

All the best,

20 donation made.

Hope it helps, buddy.

(I'm not one to brag about charitable gestures, but hey - no-one knows my real name, and it helps to keep a total )

I usually don't make donations, but this one touched a little too close to home. Every little bit helps in times of need.

That is terrible. I'm glad all but one is alright. I have been pretty lax about charging, but no more. My batts are out of my house NOW! I hope my small donation will help.
Good Luck,
Doc

I'm in at PayPal. Reminds us all how potentially lethal things can get. I remember when Fred Bronk, a former Moderator at RCGroups, lost his garage and all his heli stuff plus part of his main home from a similar incident. Glad that everyone is OK. The things can be replaced, not so the loved ones.

You've got another donation from my wife and I, Richard. As bad as this is for you and your family, please realize that much good has already come of it...we HeliFreaks are, no doubt, taking a closer look at our hobby-related and other home-related safety as a result of your loss. That's a beautiful gift in a round-about sort of way...

My wife and I just got back from the store with a new fire extinguisher for the man-cave.

Good luck with the rebuild and stay safe!

-->Justin

The support and kindness from the freaks here has been second to none. We're still in SHOCK on the amount of kind words and donations already given!

Skye, our 4 year old who turns 5 next month, Sarah my wife, and myself thank you ALL from the bottom of our hearts.

Sarah is out right now picking Skye up some toys and clothes as we speak.

Everytime I tell her about a new post or donation she tears up..she can't believe it and neither can I.

You're all now my brothers and sisters - and rest assured we'll be here for you god forbid anything happens to anybody here.
