Ultraviolet, yes much of the issues you see now stem from the many helpful people that were going out on the web to manufacturers web sites and posting NEWS in the news forum. They were doing a great job and doing it for FREE and trying to "pay it back" but RCHR stopped them cold for their "business" to not be competed against by filing FALSE DMCA complaints!

Will called me one day and told me he had to delete like 3 of my posts in the "news" blog. I was like what? He told me why and I have to say I was shocked! I PERSONALLY got every bit of my posts from the manufacturers web site and NO other place. I will stand in court and state that fact against Derrick Threat who illegally filed DMCA complaints and he freakin knows it!

BS.... TOTAL BS....

Now with that said we had like 3 or 4 guys doing a GREAT JOB posting news in the news blog... Well basically they stopped because thier content was being deleted DAILY due to the false DMCA complaints....

So now you all know why.... I ask.....what are YOU going to do about it? Help others and let them know whats true and whats not? Or feed the pig that in my 4 years here on HF, censorship did not exist until RCHR caused it to.... Again total BS...

Yea know... I would love to see a video of Derrick doing this but in the end it is you all that LOST... Who wants to hear a very NON-PERSONAL apology forced by a lawyer? The info removed by false DMCA filings was pertinent heli information deleted from this site at the time and can really never be relevant again. Also HF had like 4 people doing a great job posting news that have now stopped because of the BS.

Attached is another fraudulent DMCA Complaint where Derrick Threatt forced removal of YOUR content from HF and tried to shut us down with our ISP that actually belongs to http://ardrone.parrot.com/parrot-ar-drone/en Derrick is falsely claiming the material as RC HR copyrighted property. It is very obvious that Derrick is abusing the DMCA process and that he has absolutely NO ownership of the material on http://ardrone.parrot.com/parrot-ar-drone/en

When a DMCA is sent, the person who is claiming copyrights must include the
statement, "I hereby state under the penalty of perjury that everything I
state is true". Obviously it appears Derrick Threatt owner of RC HR is not worried about falsely claiming RC HR owns the copyright to material that they in fact do not. Look at the attached file and see for yourselves.

At the Las Vegas Event this past weekend, the feedback I received from people I trust is that Derrick is spreading false information that I have violated anti trust laws, which I have not and "there are two sides of the story". Therefore I am posting more of Derrick's obvious abuse of the DMCA system to expose how one sided this situation really is. These bogus complaints should make it very clear what the TRUTH is. Where is ANY evidence of anything I have done that "violates anti-trust laws"? I have been harassed by multiple DMCA complaints filed by Derrick on behalf of RC HR that are PROOF POSITIVE of Derrick committing perjury and the reality of the situation is that he would do anything to hurt our HF community.

I believe there are 7 or 8 more bogus DMCA complaints. I am still seeking counsel from experienced IP Attorneys as to my best course of action to prevent more abuse of the DMCA system and harassment of the HF Community and myself by Derrick and RC HR.

DMCA complaints definitely do not happen by themselves, they have to be filed and they cost 100 each to file. Knowingly filing fraudulent DMCA's is not only unethical it is a crime. This is a VERY one sided situation.

Here is another of the Bogus DMCA Complaints filed by Derrick Threatt against HF.

This Blog info came from the MaxPro and the HeliDirect Websites as the info sources for the Blog and they are linked in the blog entry itself as info sources by bmrlvigil. The photos are from the HeliDirect Website which is also credited in the Blog entry.

Derrick Threatt RC HR is NOT the copyright holder of any of this information and you can clearly see this is another fraudulent complaint.

Here is another BOGUS DMCA complaint from Derrick Threatt of RC Heli Resource in yet another attempt to get HF shut down by our hosting provider and cause us to have to jump through a bunch of hoops to prove our innocence thereby wasting my time and resources.

Derrick claims the photo of the Spartan Quark at night is his own intellectual property under penalty of perjury and forced its removal from HF. Read the attached complaint, as you can see it is signed by Derrick like the others, where he claims he is either the copyright holder of the "original work" or is authorized to act on behalf of the copyright holder. He is neither! Read these attachments for yourself and see the clear pattern of harassment by Derrick Threatt and forced removal of YOUR content from HF.

I have in writing from Angelos the owner of Spartan RC that HE (SpartanRC) is the owner of the photo.

Another fraudulent DMCA complaint, it is very obvious. "Two sides of the story" .... hardly.

Not done yet.....

Here in this (yet another) BOGUS DMCA complaint filed against HF by Derrick Threatt of RC Heli Resource he is claiming that he is the copyright holder of the specifications and photos of the new Microheli Vortex 200 PRO electric helicopter kit.

Lex7919 posted in the HF News Blog which had to be removed because Derrick filed the attached DMCA Complaint. In the Blog entry Lex posted, he credits Microheli and Henry Caldwell for the source of his information. I fly locally with Henry and I know that nothing he contributed and was posted by Lex is the property of Derrick Threatt or RC HR.

Notice how he doesn't care that he's perjuring himself under law and swears under penalty of perjury in this section:

It has come to our attention that you, or you together with others representing Digital Creations Company LLC and ******************* have been issuing improper and untruthful takedown notices to The Planet.com Internet Services, Inc., falsely claiming ownership of content validly licensed to Helifreak.com by third parties, thus abusing the provisions of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, and unjustly interfering with our client’s business.

If the issuance of these improper take down notices does not immediately cease, all appropriate action will be taken to protect the rights of our client including, without limitation, an action against you under 17 U.S.C. 512(f) for damages, costs and attorney’s fees.
