Default RX location question - top of boom block ?

Is the top of the boom block an ok postion for the receiver ?

I know there are some bad spots on this heli

AR6100E 1.6
plastic frame
tailboom grounded to the motor mount
oiled belt

I have the 6200 mounted to the front wall of the large lower opening. I have never had a glitch. I don't know if the end pin receiver will fit there though.
