gy-611 set up problems

Hello im new to the gy-611, im trying to set it up with a dx-7, i can not get any rudder servo movement other than a couple erratic glitches, in the gyro menu in the ACGB screen it looks like this ACGB***%, the percent sign is flashing and will not allow me to adjust it, in the manual it says it should be from 10% to 150%, this is a used gyro is there anyway to do a full reset on it, or maybe my transmitter is not set up correctly.

Ok my mistake i looked a little closer at the labels on the amp and found out i had read them wrong when i hooked it up, I had the two leads crossed
