Hi,

This is a BK Precision 15.1 Volts adjustable and 40Amps power supply. It is a VERY good power supply which Hyperion recommends for their Duo chargers. I used this to charge two Hyperion 3S 35C batteries at 10amps each and be done in 15 minutes. It comes with the Power supply and power cable.
