Just called flying hobby and a very nice lady told me that my order will be shipped out today, along with all other 1st & 2nd batch orders.

Also got email notification from flying hobby that it has shipped. Should be 6-10 days now. What is up with the 3X gro for this thing costing $213.00? That seems high compared to the rest of the quad.

Same here, got email from flying-hobby showing it was mailed out yesterday. Just checked Hong Kong post office website http://app3.hongkongpost.com/CGI/mt/enquiry.jsp no update yet, but they are pretty good - ordered from HK before, only delay seems to come from US Customs, sometimes 1 or 2 days

Anyways I also ordered some extra blades - Just in case :o

Hey you guys know you are gonna a set of 3.5mm bullet plugs - I am gonna make an adapter - a set of Male/Female 3.5mm on one end, and male deans on the other

just easier this way, all my packs have female deans, except some new ones that have XT60

Ok guys - Please feel free to post your pics and feedback once you get your Quad and happy flying.

We'll be working with Gaui on a factory offered servo driven tilt gimbal in the near future. Stay tuned!

I have one of these on the way to fit on the Quad. Should be an easy fit plus it's $119.00. http://www.infinity-hobby.com/main/p...4758&cPath=198 The bullet connectors are now common for Eflite. Check Horizon for 3 different sizes. Yeah I agree with an adapter but will probably just refit the machine with a deans.

It's a good looking mount, the only issue I see it that since this will be attached directly under the quad, you will have to find an alternate place to mount the battery pack, and try to keep it as centered as possible to ensure proper CG, if not I am pretty sure the gyro will have to work overtime to keep the unit stable.

But for $119.00 not bad at all, Need to find a unit that also has tilt function, I can see this being more helpful for someone with limited experience like me, since my subject will
always be infront of the nose anyways.

Speaking of that per the manual users will have two options on choosing the "nose position" the standard set up I guess is with the nose being being between motor # 1 & 4, see page 9 of the manual.

The other nose option is to be inline with motor # 1, see page 16

How are you guys gonna set yours up? I have to wait till I get the unit in my hands

Here is a link to the online manual: http://www.flying-hobby.com/shop/dow...330Xmanual.pdf

Has anyone else received your Quad?

Ton's of people on another forums, already received them, heck some are already flying - I need to play catch up.

Ok Finished building my Quad - Look's Like I am the First on HF
So hopefully this will help you guys out - Whenever you get yours - Hopefully sooner, than later.

So I deceided to add some color between motor # 4 & 1 so the "Nose Direction" will be easier to see, since I opted not to install the included nose ball.

This is the first time I ever built anything RC, And I must say it was very easy, If I can do it anyone can.

Still have to program the radio, and trim the quad, Hopefully I will be able to post some video later today.

Feeling lonely here guy, you need to get your quad so we can all share.

Only 3 days from Hong Kong to Texas. http://www.flying-hobby.com/shop/ind...oducts_id=6158

Fung has been great - Provided lots of support.
