AR7000 receiver?

Hey,

I'm about to get myself a 250 and since I have a Spektrum AR700 receiver laying around I was wondering if I could use it with my future 250?

Is is too big? Do I need more something like a AR6000 ?

That's pretty big and heavy, even without the satellite. If you're going to get something else, get an AR6100e. The 'e' means end-pins, which are easier to fit inside for most layouts.

Get the ar6110e. It's shorter then the ar6100e. It's easier to find a mounting point, and get to the servo plugs. I had a hard time getting the 6100e mounted within the frame.

Yep, that's the one I was thinking of. I don't think the AR6100 is even made anymore.
