Default Trex 550E 3G power/throttle problem

First off, a video to make it easier to understand the problem i'm having with my Trex.

I can't seem to figure out why it behaves this way. I've checked the wires, tryed 3 different batteries (2 different brands), reset the ESC to standard settings and back, programmed the 3G system again .. but still no luck. Its the standard Align 75A that comes with the heli thats installed, if that makes any difference. 6S 5000mah batteries.

The funny thing is that it was not a problem for the first 5-6 flights, but now its a complete different story. I dont dare taking it in the air anymore due to its crazy blackouts of power.

My guess is with the ESC, but it sucks paying $200 for a new ESC and separate BEC if the one I got is OK, and the problem is somewhere else.

Suggestions?

The three batteries you tried, were they new?
How many cycles and how long were the flights on them?

I ask because although it was hard to tell in the video it sounded a little like the Align LVC kicking in. That would only happen if all three batteies were severely over discharged.

Possibly a bad solder joint not capble of handling high amperage?

If your using a dx6i it could be a bad pot lol
You over discharged your lipo resulting in a bad battery life
Your motor bearings might be going bad or gear mesh is incorrect causing a extra load on the motor/esc and tripping the esc

Set the LVC to low not high. You should also consider using a seperate bec and like said above check the state of your lipo's and try with a new one to see if you get the same behaviour.

Using the stock ESC, set the Battery Protection to Middle Cutoff Voltage Protection (3-2), and all other settings to default. Make sure your pinion is tight on the motor and the gear mesh has a small amount of backlash. The stock ESC is more than adequate for hovering, so if it does not work in a hover then it is most likely defective.

Might want the 'Aircraft Mode' set to 'Heli 2' as well to enable the governor

Seems your ESC is limiting the power, because your battery voltage is low. Your battery is dead if they are fully charged IMO.

well, i have been testing a lot lately. so i bought a CC 100 and BEC pro.. Updated the 3g to 2.1 ( i did loose the tail kicks and the tail is stabil as a rock ). But after one flight i still get the same power problems. I can put my throttle at 100% and it will never completly spin up, the servo arms is jumping up and down like crazy. I am so frustrated now that im soon giving up

And by the way, the data loging is not showing any voltage "drops"
