Hi all, Just completed my first major heli build Trex 500 esp, the problem im having is getting the dampers in flush when all is tight, done it up many times and keep getting one damper showing a little
any help would be great Mark |

For sure have BOTH brass spacers inside the blade grips? Is there any end play on the blade grips? Just trying to get an idea for your situation more specifically.

yes everything is in the right place no end play just one bit of blue damper visible on one side
