Default Aileron wobble while doing front/back flips

I have a Trex 600 CF converted to 12S with torque tube upgrade. I also have a A 3G head and flybarless system. The helicopter flies great with only one bad issue. While doing front or back flips, the helicopter gets a real nasty aileron wobble. Once you return everything to nuetral, the wobble will eventually stop. It is a VERY bad wobble. I thought several times the heli was going to shake itself apart. I have upgraded just about everything on the heli except for the main bearing blocks(still plastic). I believe the problem is within the 3G settings. Any advice on 3G settings on the computer would be great. Thank you

Are you sure the default setting in your software is set for 500-700 size heli? After this the first thing I'd suspect is your gain for either elevator or aileron is set too high. Try turning both pots down to 10:00 o'clock or so and see if it improves. You'll probably get a little drift in hover at this setting. If it flies good, gradually turn your gains up a little at a time. It should fly pretty well on the defaults before fine tuning in your software. Also be sure your sensor is firmly mounted.

Thanks for the advice. The 3G is set for 500-700 heli. I will lower the gains to 10 O'clock and start working my way back up. This is a new problem for me. This is my 5th 3G heli and I have not ran in to this problem before. Anyone else have any ideas?

yea, I agree it seems the bigger the heli the less you need to mess with any setting on the computer. I would suggest moving your gyro, if no resolution, stop gain for ele/ail took the shake out of my gaui 200 on hard tic toc stops. But it was very specific. Took a few days of flying and tweaking to find the sweet spot.
