leftover parts (hex standoffs) ?

I've got a couple of black plastic rods (42mm long) with a hex cross section (about 6mm diam).

They're not enough to reinforce between the two frame halves. I think they came in the bag with the wire ties and velcro. Any idea what they're for? I can't spot them in the manual.

There seems to only be two self-tapping screws leftover which might thread into the holes on their ends, so I thought maybe they stand off the canopy from the frame or something.

Let me know if they're critical soon, please..

The kit comes with a few spare screws and two of the hex bolt things - they go inside the tail boom mount - many replace them with aluminum upgrades.

Thanks, ron, just got that news in the chat. I figure when I strip the ones in there, I'll swap in the spares and put in the order for aluminum.

Also thinking about getting boom-mounted servo mount (depends on my final CG) and a carbon tail control rod because I hate skinny wires and guides.

Psyched for a maiden though!
