Last month, which would also be considered last year, I ordered some small parts for the coaxial that I have. 2 days after I placed my order I get a out of stock notice email, the parts did not show to be out of stock when I placed the order. I still have yet to received my order and have canceled it today. Lets hope they refund my $$$.

I have gotten several things from xheli including a stand alone walkera 4F200. I always got what I paid for. Sometimes rock bottom prices come at a cost??? good luck....

It's possible at the time you ordered them, they had say for example five of said items in stock. You and five other people placed an order for the item at the same time. Perhaps it's possible they processed the other five before getting to your order. That does happen, and that can explain why when it came time to full-fill your order, it was then out of stock.
I've had good luck with XHeli, but just haven't ordered from them for a while now.

They did that to me in May of last year on some small spare parts. Never recieved the parts even though they now show them in stock. Wont reply to emails, They are not very honest people!

I have never had a problem with xheli, their service is prompt and curtious. I've bough at least 10 helicopters from them. Thanks Tony for your excellent service....Joe Connick
