V2.0, differences?
Just trying to figure out if it's worth buying the USB cable and updating to V2.
What are the differences? V1 seems fine to me. |

I don't think it's really worth the effort to upgrade to V2..
I did ; all I noticed was a faster tail rate , that I slowed with Rudd ATV anyway ... I can upgrade yours if you like!! Will need to d/load the V2 manual too ... I'd be surprised if even the proposed PC software to set up the beastX will generate an acute need to get the USB dongle; I reckon the BeastX is brilliant as it is/was....

I still run both mine on V1, I updated to V2 but found I had more sucsess getting the tail to hold well on V1 and the pitch seems too touchy around center stick on V2. I had no real reason to move to V2, I saw no benefit given that I use a receiver and decided to stick with V1 for now, it works flawlessly as far as I am concerned.
