Exclamation HeliFreak caps

Expecting the receipt of an order of "HeliFreak" embroidered caps in the next day or so. These will be khaki/tan body with a BLACK bill on the top side AND the underside! I've found it really helps if one can SEE the heli ;-)

I'm still gonna' claim "mechanical" or "electronic" failure for every crash - couldn't have been "dumb" thumbs - no way!

I have the current hat, but I like the black bill idea. I'm sure I'll need a backup hat by the time they're available.

At this time, I don't have any other hats I'm planning. I had really expected the demand for the existing hat to be greater - maybe it's too soon to tell.

Please tell me what a "Boonie" hat looks like. A pic would be even better.

Oh i see. Sorry to hear about caps.

I think boonie was originally designed for american soldiers in Vietnam but soon adopted by most of the armies. It's ripstop cotton cloth and looks like this :

Thanks for the pic! Yeah, the demand prediction is a challenge? I'll be trying to offer more items that are "one-size-fits-all", or can be pre-ordered and "made-to-order", albeit with additional time to shipment.

Yeah, I resemble that remark I have to have others test the hats, and that is the reason for the "Notice" under the hat description on the website.

But, I didn't mean to refer to hats in my comment about "one-size-fits-all".

Standard hat you have there now, what i that measurement there? 7 1/4 of what and where? Normally i would measure the head around where you plan to wear the head.
I am asking because i have a bit trouble to get properly sized hats for myself...

I don't really know how hat sizes are determined - could Google it I suppose. And, perhaps size designations vary from country to country.

I suggest you give me the measurement you proposed - measured on the head where you will wear it - circumference please. These hats are adjustable, but I'm guessing you have trouble (locally) finding one large enough. I'll expand a hat to maximum, measure the circumference and report back.

I don't want to send you a hat all the way to Malaysia that doesn't work for you.
