Default Don't Forget the Loctite

Captured my mcpx throwing it's blades off today. It's a short video as they left during spool-up. I was surprised to find the feathering shaft in one grip and the little screw in the other. I'm happy they didn't come my direction. They're on with more loctite now.

You know about the recall for that problem, right? If your blade grips don't have a little "B" on them, get new ones, with the little "B" on them.

Default Post your Blade mCP X videos here!

Not the greatest but it is about all I can do so far. I like the static camera because it really shows the speed, but it is really hard to fly on frame.

It is also hard to not crash...

Hi, still fairly new. Finally got a mcpx v2. I also have a nano cpx, but had problems with it simce i bought it. So this is pretty much my first cp heli that i can keep in the air. I also have a blade sr, but its in pieces. So here is my shkrt video. Sorry bout the low quality, it was shot with a dig camera and not a camcorder.

I snuck home at lunchtime today and captured my first inverted hovering video with the mcpx. Thank goodness for the sim, it really helps.

Life is good.

Thanks, I didn't see this right away. Just checked and my grips do have a B on them. Since this time my grips have stayed on.

I'm getting a little better at flying with a fixed camera. Maybe one of these days I'll talk someone into filming...

The crash at the end was pretty fun because it is exactly how Heli-X simulates a tail rotor crash!

Heli is a bit quicker and tail holds better than in the videos above with the BL Tail and 13000KV motor (vs dual tail and 11000 Motor)

My first inversion, on top of that a flight. Sim time does pay off.

450X had a little of temper tantrum on me. I also made a few mistakes.

Default Playing Dodge-Heli between crashes and inverted training

This is embarrassing.

I love the "Splat" noise it makes when it hits something really well.
