Other than the fact that you almost certainly will never use that much cyclic, why would you want so much? Binding in the corners will be the biggest problem.

If you are using the 3G system, I suggest you use the max values given in the values, this gives the 3G system the room it needs to get the results it wants. After that you use the Swash menues to get it to flip and role at a speed you like. The cyclic and pitch values you put in during setup are the end points of those functions, the swash values are the ones that control flip and role rate.

you did not provide any info if using FBL or flybar system. Flybar systems in that range most likely end in some binding (with exception of conversion to different head such as Kasama ...). FBL system should even have higher collective pitch.

Normally on the 600 I would setup between +/- 10-12 collective and between +/- 8-10 cyclic on a flybar heli. I use the Kasama head and UK swash plate on mine and it allows me to go higher on collective (I leave cyclic at 10).

Otherwise I am confused about your question if that makes the heli spin faster. Spinning would mean pirouette rate (tail). That would have nothing to do with collective and cyclic pitch. So I suggest you start checking some of the basic setup related videos first.
