I am running radix 600 with 105 tails. No concerns with DFC head and KBBD hard dampers. I have managed a small dent on the boom after a hard auto. No interaction with tail blades so far and have clocked up a lot of flights on it so far.

According to page 28 of the 2011 Jun revision of the TREX 600EFL PRO (Model KX016017T) manual, the tail servo link should be 13mm from center as pictured below.

However, if you are using a FBL unit other than the 3GX, or a more sophisticated tail servo, you may want to bring the ball closer to the center from improved resolution.

So, in order to elimate the tail blow out, I could:

Either run at the bare mininum 2350, with tail setup correctly in rate mode with acceptable dregree's of pitch.

or

Lower headspeed, will require larger tail blades, vertical fin, and rear landing gear raise ground clearance.

Either those options and you will be fine. 2350 is completely safe, I've got several hundred flights at 2250 w/ 95mm tail blades.
