Thats it... My machine is sometimes called a IH Clone.... Machine Tool Warehouse in Canada sells the manual mill at a better price then IH but IH sells it as a turn key CNC with servo's

Update on the new mill. It is mostly done!

If you look at my other videos you can see the first cut, the VFD (speed control) for the motor and some other stuff.

I need to settle down now and tweek the mill and get it fine tuned.

I cut a set of bearing mounts and was not to happy with the results. I'm worried that if the tolerance varies from one Align kit to another that I might have issues with the main shaft being to tight.

For now I have decided to go back to a setup that more closely resembles the 600 frame.
