blade grips

I upgraded to the all metal head on my sa and found that one of the 3x8x4mm bearings was missing on one blade grip. You could pull the blade grip away from the head block. I have about 4 flights on it like this. any body have this problem?

it actually flew like that?

i would get bearings for it asap.
check all the bearings in both grips before you order.
flying with out that bearing could of messed up the others cause of bad vibes.
