Gain settings

I need help on setting the Gain function of GU-344, anyone could share their Travel adjust settting on Gain..or any setup to make it more stable.

Also i need to know if GU-344 is upgradable or not. also if you can share some tweaks on GU-344.

If using a JR or Spektrum radio, I start out at +50 for position 0(stunt), and -50 for position 1(hovermode). Ditch the hovermode. Most don't use it. It's unstable at times. I know it states you can use the DIP switch and bypass the switchable gain/gear setting and remove the green wire altogether but I hear it gets twitchy so leave it plugged in. I believe with the gaui FC 344 you can adjust the gain setting for a more loose (faster) flight like say +70. The FC autocorrects less I'm assuming. I could be wrong. Try it out. Mine is set at +50 -50. I leave it in Stunt. (Red LED not green) Channel 5 is the gear and make sure you are in airplane mode.

Oh since day i stick with the manual it says HOVER mode is for learning. Till now i uses HOVER MODE and set on -82%. Last time i try to put small pocket HD camera,hover is good,i can hover over the roof of our house.( 2story). I didn't tried STUNT MODE. Will try it out tomorrow.

Btw If I'm on stunt mode(Red led) the higher adjust the more faster or agile?
If I'm on hover mode(Green led) the higher adjust the more slower or stable?

Read the tips and tricks thread. The hover mode doesn't work - only cruise mode is worth experimenting with.
