Default Tail Twitch

Okay I have been flying my 7HV for some time and have around 50 or so flights on it. Recently (last half dozen flights) I've been getting a tail twitch/kick every so often. It only moves the tail a few degrees but you can definately hear it in flight. Almost 3g like. My boom is grounded to the motor mount and bely is lubed on a normal basis. Tail is smooth blades are balanced. I do have some vibrations that I can see in the control rod and fin but it always was that way. I am using full size V-bar with the express software. Tail servo is a Torq 9188 running off a direct 2s lipo.
