I flew this morning and thought the power felt we down, when i would flip inverted it took a lot of collective to get it into a hover.
When i landed i wiggled my blades and noticed that both of my blade grip balls were loose, like halfway out. I'm so sick of fixing this thing, i'm really glad i noticed it . check your helis.

I had a similar experience a couple of weeks ago when I discovered that the ball on the blade of my 450 was loose (this despite a gob of loctite). I had gotten too casual about preflights and took this as a cheap lesson. Thorough preflights now...
