Well, I need to move this Award Winning Jakadofsky Turbine Powered LM 1/6th scale Cobra to fund my next project! This is the Same Cobra on the COVER of the December issue of Model Airplane News, Also on the Cover of the IRCHA Video from SKS!! Has been written up in Several Helicopter Mags and is a Proven Contest Winner!

Hey you dont remember the name of the Army's only female Cobra Pilot that was at Ft Bragg ?? She was there the same time we were and I managed to go on a test flight with her. I almost crapped my pants when she did a return to target, for some reason I wasnt very comfortable in that front seat.

Also do you remember the two clowns that got thrown out of the army for taking 2 sport parachute guys up in the ammo bay and letting them jump off the skids.
Man I miss those days we did some really stupid stuff back in the day ! :wink:

Crap man .... That sounds like fun! Damn shame they got kicked out. That's the kind of balls and methods of R&R it takes to fight a war.

We got two maintenance pilots that may lose a day of pay for giving a Navy enlisted guy a ride in a blackhawk because it wasn't briefed before hand. The Navy guy is on flight status even!

Bunch of chicken shit people have about got the military REGULATED out of doing any kind of job.

On a further note: I think anyone enlisted in any branch of the service should be allowed to take a ride (short hop...etc) on a military aircraft that's equipped to carry passengers at any time it's offered by the crew.
What better way to promote some MORAL benefit to being in the service. I know people who go thru their whole life and never get off the ground. Dang shame to not experience it if you have the chance.

Man what happened to the good old days, I had a distant cousin who was an F4 jock. We were both stationed in Korea in 1979 and I went up to Osan AFB to see him. Next thing I knew I was going for a Joy ride. Of course he was a LTC at the time and made up his own rules !

Chicken shit is the reason I came off active duty in 1992, Of course they paid me to get out with the democratic force reductions. I had always been in a high speed unit, then got stationed here at HAAF what a let down.

Was on IRR status for about 10 years then then they changed the rules so I could go in the Guard, really been having a blast in the guard, looking forward to my transfer back into an aviation unit in MA.

Well even if were off topic here a bit at least Tim is getting a bump to the top of the list :!:
