Default V120D05 drift back and right with low battery power.

My v120d05 will drift right and back as the battery gets low. It starts off flying solid. I can hold it in my hand with out moving it and give it constant throttle, and notice the servos telling the heli to bank back and right. I can correct it and it starts it again. The lower the battery gets the worse it gets. Any one have any thoughts, similar problem, or advice to correct this. The only way I know of is to create a program mix and turn it on about half way through the fight to counter act the receiver. As far as I can tell this is not a mechanical issue, and it does it when the gyros are turned off.
