I'm having trouble getting the transmitter recognized by Aerofly 5 on my iMac.
I suspect it is because I have not activated the interface yet, correct? I was hesitant to activate the interface because of their dire warnings about not being able to return it after activation but it appears there is no way to really test the sim without activating it. Seems like they would let you run it a few times with your TX before forcing you to do something that will keep you from returning it. |

Use the Ikarus $20 adapter plug. Do not turn on.

Got it working, must have had something backwards or wrong. Just took the whole assembly apart and put it back together using the instructions from the sheet for the DX8. After that it just started working. Now I'll pull down the 1.4GB to update it to version 5.5 which hopefully has the display updates and anything needed for OS X 10.7.1
