I saw that advert the other day, and is why I was saying I was still having a 500/600 vs 550/700 debate. I guess I should have said 500/630

Here's something I'd not seen before today, but looking at it, the 130X will beat the mCPx on tail perfornce by a mile! Release is iminent, so I will be watching this very closely!!

Edit : Good to see it comes with a green canopy as stock

Not sure if you saw Denis, Adam had one at Weston Pk. I'm sure he will be bringing it along to 3DM next week, so I'll see if we can get some video of it flying round the camp site!

Ordered 130x last Friday directly from Horizon Hobby website, shows in stock, and they confirmed the order shortly later by email.

Not to throw fuel on the size debate for Denis, but check out the Kasama site, on their write-up of their soon to be released 600. Now that it a Machine!

@Tom - I'm sure the 600 Kasama is a very nice machine, but whatever I end up with, I'd like to make sure parts are easier to come by in the UK. So I'll be steering clear of the brand, unless things change in the future.

@Jerry Very Jelous!!

@Dauste - for the 4hrs I was there on Sunday I did not see it, other than on the E-Flite/Blade Heli stand. I did notice it went missing whilst I was going between stalls trying to track down a PL6, so I was looking out for it being flown. Won't be at 3DM myself, but I'll look forward to a vid and try not to push the pre-order button @ FL's!!

David, are you coming again this year ? I'll try to get there on Sunday, if my hangover has gone after our record attempt on Saturday. So, CU there perhaps.

There is a photo in this thread linked from the HeliDirect Website that sometimes needs a PW to view. FYI.

****Edit - Found and Removed the link.

If you fly you are going to crash.

Yes, I'm a bit upset that I missed camping in a water sodden field 'oop north' (I know it's just the midlands, but it seems like a foreign country to me), so going to give it another go in a field in Holland instead! We will be there, so hope your record attempt goes well and if you make it over, will spend time with you whilst you regail us with your historic account.
