Hey all,
i'm making the jump from planes to helis... so i picked up a 450SE (the new version2) - TX7 - FY401 - HS-65 servos. i still need to pick up the 9650 digital servo, but i'll get that this week. i've been looking at the Finless build videos. they're quite incredible. i greatly appreciate those videos - assembly is quite a bit different that a plane... Anyhow, to my question. i read a post earlier today about a mount to mount the gyro under the boom, but i can't seem to find the post again to order the part. Does anybody know where i can find (i've used the search to everything gyro related, but can't seem to refind it). Thanks, Dave |

If you have the "new" V2 and not the orig. SE, there is no need for an aftermarket gyro mount, as the new design already has a surface for mounting the gyro underneath. If you do have the older SE, do a search for one of Finless' threads titled "gyro on top=bad" it should have the info you're looking for.
