Hi i have just purchased my first nitro heli. It is a sceadu 30 with the following gear. OS Max 32SX-H two stroke engine
JR 660T head hold piezo gyro JR900S 9 channel SPCM receiver Three JR NES 591 servos 1 JR DS8401 digital servo 1 JR 8700G Super servo 2200mah nicad battery pack This heli has many upgrades including the full hirobo alloy head set up I have been flying a t rex xl for a couple of months, got to nice steady hovering stage, side on etc. My questions are; What is a good set up for a beginner on pitch and throtte, just want it to be docile to start with. And can you suggest flybar weight set up, is this a good idea? Also, would it be a good idea to dial in some expo on the cyclic. Really want to set up so it wont be to lively to start with. Im using a jr 2610 transmitter. Any advice would really be appriciated. I have seen the heli fly, and it flys really well. |

Welcome to the newbie nitro heli. I'm a newbie too. I have the sceadu evo. The only difference is that I went with futaba digital instead of JR and got the OS 50 Hyper. But well, I have not finished assembling it yet.
