I am building my first heli...so let me know if i am not describing things correctly...here is my problem:
after taking apart the tail (belt version) to put loctite on the blade holders and re-asembeling the tail, one blade of the tail can pitch back and forth just fine when the screw in the blade holder is tightened up but the other side wil completely lock up and not rotate at all if i tighten down the screw in the blade holder. is this normal??? both sides are setup in the following manner... blade holder with outer and inner bearing and then the screw with a washer on it. no idea why one side spins completely fine and the other binds up totally unless the screw is just barely tight. i look forward to your replies. thanks! |

Sounds like the grip is just pinched a little. you can open it up a bit or sand down the blade a little so it will fit easier..
