Hobbywing 70A-HV ESC and 2 in 1 program box problem

I have been trying to set up my Trex500 today, I was programming the ESC and I think I may have tried to upgrade my software......this is where I think I may have gone wrong........everything was working fine until I started programming the unit.

I dont know if you can go back to the old firm ware or not. But what I have now is making the ESC do nothing. The small LED does light up, but that is it.....

Have I mess something up here......or can someone help??????
