Texarkana Tx Heli FF June 8,9,10

The TTRCFC will be having our annual fun fly this year June 8, 9, and 10 in Texarkana, Texas next to Lake Wright Patman. Come out and have some fun with us. We have a covered area with hookups. I'll have more details coming soon. Mark your calendars.

I'm working on a flyer for the event with details of the prices and pre registering. Hoping to have a good turnout this year, moved the date up to try to beat some of the heat this year.

Let's hope the earlier date helps. The last Heli Blaze in Grand Prairie, TX, a few years ago was around the same time and it was blistering hot then: 105 in the shade, no wind, and the tarmac was measured to be around 170 degrees.

I missed the Texarkana event last year, so I may try to make this one, at least on Saturday. The year before last, I made the 3-hour drive there early Saturday morning and drove back home that night. I may do that again.
