I do repairs for a $25 flat rate including parts and return shipping as long as the board isn't striped of is parts. Just send me a pm if you need more info.

Hey, Just left you a PM my the negative wire to my battery lead pulled away from my board.

I have a mcx2 and after the battery is all charged up. I turn on my transmitter, then plug in the battery to the heli. Then the blue LED will turn on and stay solid, within a few seconds the blue LED will go off and then come back on, then go off and eventually come back on. It is very frustrating.

I am wondering if there is something wrong with the 5 in 1 board ?

and if there is, does Mega Stumbler still take orders to fix these?

Any help from anyone would be greatly appreciated!

Hey Mr Mega,
I just wanted to drop you a note and tell you how pleased I am with the repair/s you did to my mCPX board. After the repaired board arrived I was looking through my spare parts and found I had almost everything needed to do a complete ground up rebuild on the little bird. Boy, those screws are small. I especially dislike the feathering spindle screw. But none the less I completed the rebuild, frame bearings and all. Took it to the school gym yesterday and was thrilled to see it fly as well as I ever remember in the past. Looks like new and flies like it. While it has become my second or third back up, it's nice to have her back and flying as good as new.

What did you do? Run over it with your car? I bent badly a couple of pins stepping on a nano once but that is DAMAGE. In how many pieces was the canopy? I don't see any teeth marks. What happened?

And I don't think Horizon Hobbies will warranty that one... Good photo!

Since Dylan at Astroid Designs recommends Megastumbler I just sent in 2 nano ncpx boards for repair.

It's a good thing that HH warrantied both of nano 3-in-1 boards because they were weak If I would have to pay for a new board --$50, $60 or $80 (retail) for a helicopter that was only a week or two old I would have bailed on Nano ncpxs. And now, because of HH's customer care, I am buying a third nano, probably even before I get my dbl bl one back from Astroid Designs. I am hoping Kevin can fix at least one of those boards. It'll probably work better than when new.

From the beginning, right out of the box, one of those nano boards rarely bound to my DX6i or DX7 without 2, 3, 4, 5 or 6 tries. The other one was pretty good about binding on the second try. Nearly always any of my 4 mcpxs bind on the first try.

I am waiting to hear the report on the Blade BL Mcpx boards...
