Dynam with HeliSimRC Problems

I have the Dynam Rc-Tech 6 channel usb remote I would like to continue using with HeliSimRC. When I first installed, it worked great. All controls were spot on. I installed phoenox flight simulator and the controls wouldnt bind at all. Everything was wrong. I then uninstalled it and went back to HeliSimRC ... Now the controls WILL NOT bind the correct way. Everything with the "right stick" looks to work fine. But the left stick pretty much does nothing. It shows the throttle stuck to the top and when I give throttle it does nothing.

My heli is broken and low on funds ... Need to get this sim going again for the party to continue!!!
It would be awesome for someone to post screen shots of their config/mapping. Im so stuck here!! HELP!!
