Have you set your TX to single servo operation?

Depends what operating system your PC is. Win XP should have no problems.

I would guess that the most likely reason is a faulty lead. There have been a couple of reports of bad soldering bridging the conections. The last report was the small end and the owner was able to take it apart and scape away the solder.

Thank you for all help.
reporting back.
Soldering was ok, but the black cable had a break near the big USB port.
And I had to reinstall driver again, had to reboot pc twice before it worked..?
Adjusted my Tx and the servo working just fine
Last sunday i was out trying, then my ESC went to h...
I'm wondering if this heli will fly..ever???

One qestion:
Ordered a new ESC (RCX 40A) and it is programmable.
Do I have to do that, or could I just "plug and play"?

It will be plug and play but you should calibrate throttle high and low points. The instructions will explain. It is a pity you did not order the programming card makes it very easy to programme.
