Default I Need Help

Ok I am putting a RJX FBL head on my Trex 500 and I am using the 3GX as a RX with two SATS. Can someone kinda go over the things I need to do to get this setup. Step by step what do I do first, I already have the head mounted.

a complete discussion is laborious and probably duplicates several times what has been written elsewhere. it might help if you can be specific as to what you are having trouble with - and your experience level. have you set up a head? do you understand how add or decrease cyclic or pitch on your radio? before you worry about the 3gx you have to get the mechanics set up properly. you need to get to a point where you know you have 0 degrees mid stick, about 10 degrees of cyclic, the tail moves equal amounts in both directions, and the swash moves in the proper direction for all functions.

Thanks for replying and yes to all you asked, I was having trouble getting the 3GX unit to power up; I have fixed that and now am about to do the setup. The one question I have now is do I have to mount the 3GX unit where I am going to put it for me to be able to do the setup? In other words does it have to be level and fixed to perform the setup? I know how to get 0 pitch and adjust for cyclic this is not my first heli but, it is my first 3GX system. My 550 has the sk720 totally different ways of setup.

The pc interface software takes you threw the entire process. As for being level during setup, no. Run the software and get familurized with the precess before hand.
