Has anyone ordered from RC711?

I just ordered some Compass 7HV parts and some Align 700 blades from RC711. The order shipped and arrived fine except without the blades ($105).

Now I cannot get anyone to repond to my emails regarding the missing parts.

Have any of you other helifreaks have ordered from RC711? Any insight on contacting them to get my missing blades?

Ppal despute - that will speed them up, but pls remember that they have those holidays and everything is kind of shut down for a moment...

i order from there all the time. but because of chinese new year. there is like a 2 week period where they do no work at all. this is probably the issue.

Chinese new year is definitely a possibility. I've ordered from them before without issue and are usually prompt with sales and technical questions, but it's a pretty busy holiday for them right now, so I'd wait a couple more days if you can. Hope you get your blades, good luck.

I never heard back from RC711, but my blades arrived in a seperate package today.

RC711 is OK in my book.

did you guys have to pay tax?
i'm thinking about ordering a trex 500 from them (i'm in the UK)

Muscleflex, that depends on UK customs not RC711.

RC711 sends everything you ask them but:

1.- items are incredibly slooow in arive.
2.- they will never respond to mails, no idea why

So forget about warranty, returns, refunds and so on!

RC 711 also has an European warehouse...
They re-ship most of the "smaller" items from Germany so one does not need to pay customs...
Don't know how that works but I guess it's legit..
And my wallet likes it...
