My KDS after Receiver failed inflight

Just had to show a few pics of what my KDS 450 looked liked after disassembly. The reciever failed midflight and landed hard on the tail. So I figured I might show the dissambled unit before I installed a new aluminum tail rotor assembly. Assembled pics to follow after I get new receiver as well. Im learning more about the Heli as I install the new parts.

Well i'm glad you asked. I have a Spekrtum DX8 coming this week and it comes with an AR8000 receiver and sat. Sooooooooooo i will destroy the KDS POS and install the very trustworthy AR8000 receiver. Until then SN Hobbies has provided me (at no charge) a new KDS receiver to have until I get the AR8000 installed. Things are looking up
