I think I've got it covered, but the more possibilities I've got, the better.

Just a reminder here. The cutoff for pre-registration is TODAY. As of about 6 minutes ago, we're looking at 84 pre-registered pilots; an increase of 34 from last year's final pre-reg total. It's likely we'll top 200 pilots this year!!

Also, as of last night, the total retail value of the raffle goodies is $13,528 and that does NOT include swag stuff like hats, shirts, shop towels, stickers etc.. Once again, a HUGE thanks to the sponsors that donated to the event. We couldn't do it without your support!!

I just signed up ,i requested a 4 xl shirt , does it come with registration or was i to pay extra for it ? will be bringing my travel trailer , will be down fri am , sounds like a lot of fun , cant wait ! I sure hope it cools down ...

Unless you specifically requested a shirt and paid the extra $12, no, it's not included with registration. i.e. if you paid $30, your shirt is covered, if you only paid 18, you'll need to buy a shirt on site. We've only had one other request for a 4X and I don't know how many were ordered.

I'll text the guy responsible and see how many 4Xs he ordered.

Oh, I missed this part as well. I think I only paid $18, but it asked what shirt size I wanted.

Can I still pay now to guarantee me a shirt, or will there be plenty to buy on site?

Also will there be other helifreak swag to buy there, ie stickers, hoodies, etc?

If its upper 60s that will be a great improvment to what its been .
I took a drive down there today to make sure i could find it , piece of cake , going south on the 15 , off at hwy 76 , left back over the fwy , about 1/4 make the first left , says dead end road , go past the "end" and your there , talked to a few of the guys , seems like a great bunch , a few guys were flying planes , over at the seperate heli area some helis were also flying .
Didnt drive around much but on the other side of the fwy i did notice a sign that said market , for those things you forgot to bring ...

I was up there today as well.. Big white Ford truck, pretty hard to miss...

The "market" across the freeway is a gas-station convenience store.. They'll have a few things. We worked out a deal with them to bring in extra ice for us and someone will be making ice runs at least once a day. You will be able to get in on those runs if you need more ice to keep things cooled off.

As for shirts: The club is dealing with all the shirts. I believe they ordered about 220 or so, but I would suggest pickup up a shirt early on as we're expecting a lot of pilots. Looking at the pre-registration list, there are about 65-70 shirts spoken for so there's a good chance everyone will be able to get one.

Helifreak swag will be limited to whatever stickers and such Will is shipping out to me. (and I don't think it's much) We're still in the process of getting the Helifreak Swag operation back into operation since Dongle retired.

We've got a lot of swag from sponsors that will be given away during the event as well.

Please be aware the pre-registration link is now dead. If you haven't registered, you'll have to do so at the field. Onsite is $20 and shirts will be sold for $12.
