Who is still loving their 550?

Last week I was able to get out twice to fly and I must say I still love this machine! After getting a metal tail pulley of course! I know this forum is quiet these days so I just wanted to see who is still loving their 550. I just hope that outrage will continue to support parts!

I've been flying this heli for almost 3 years and still enjoy it every time.

Totally love it. I just am not flying it in the winter because belt tension is too difficult to mess with when I have the TT fusion... but another month or so... out comes my comfy 550!

Ya, O550 is still my only heli, other than McPX. Flying over 2 years now. Lovin it. Gonna get a FBL unit soon!

I am still lovin my 550 fbl very much, but I have my back up 550 that is a carbon copy of my main bird. I never fly the back up with all the same goodies as my main bird and it has only been hovered 4 times with a bit of fff to check set up and it just sits. I built it for a crash back up but the 2 times I have banged up my main bird it was fixable in no time at all. Will sell my back up at a very reasonable price if someone wants it Absolutely brand new condition with all electronics.

Still flying my original and loving it. Just picked up another O550 to start flying a second one. One flybar and one FBL at the moment.

My 550 is one of my favorites to fly. After a pretty good crash a while back it is now completely rebuilt and I also upgraded to 129T main ,12T pinon .8 mod gears which really livened her up with better headspeed. Still getting 61/2 min flights with 5000mah/30C blue lipos.

Im still flying my OR 550 from the first batch of kits.

It still looks and flies as good as new and has been problem free.

Flew mine yesterday and had fun, but I still have some irksome cyclic interactions. I just ordered the Outrage flybarless head which I plan to pair with a microbeast. Hopefully that will solve the problem.

My setup exactly and I love it. The only adjustment out of the ordinary on mine is the cyclic compensation(G in parameter menu) is set to high to make the FBL feel like a flybar. Matt
