That may be an Ishimasa Hughs 300. A friend had one about 30 years ago. It was very different from the later Ishimasa Playboy (which actually flew quite well and was very reliable).

Well, I did it...
Found one finally and bought it. Then the guy tells me he has a second Mantis if I want it so I say yes.
Turns out it is in new condition and partly built.
Now the only old heli of the ones I have owned and don't have now is the Kavan Jet Ranger.
Man I regret selling it!
