I just bought one of these and iam wondering if the second lead(besdies the balance tap) is for charging or for redundancy?thanx

kind of bummed you get a battery with multiple connections and nothing regarding which is for what? I'd guess that if they were for different uses they'd be opposite colors or? measured with a volt meter each lead puts out 7.6v? why is there 2 leads how do i charge?HELP
