How strong are the TT gears? Can it handle a lot of reversal abuse?

I was going to try to run a 6S setup with an Align 600MX 1220kv motor and 100amp Castle that I already had. That should have put my headspeed around 2700 which from what I read is way too high. What head speed is good for this heli?

Default x50

2400-2450 really makes it pop..if u keep it light it will pop with less head speed than that... 2700 is a bit too high.. try another pinion size.. word of caution.. only x50e pinion fit in this heli...

I'm a bit of an oddball and run far lower rpms than most as I like long flight times with adequate power for smooth "freestyle" (90's era 3D), not ballistic power. The last we tached it my two flight modes were 18100 and 2000. 10S/3800 packs take 2500~2600 each on recharge after 6 minutes, so I should reset timer to 7.5 or so, and 8~8.5 with the 4350's. The damping was designed for the more common higher rpms, so it's a bit stiff in this range, but OK. Don't know how much lower you could go before you'd get nodding, and of course blades have an affect on that too.
