Default one day great next day all over the place ?

What happened , i finally get some help to find tune my 550E 3G and get it flying good , a friend also did some hard 3D to show me there was nothing wrong with the heli , and i was now the only problem ,,nice to see your own heli put through its paces ,,
Next day i go out to fly alone and the heli goes up into a very unstable hoover moving left and right needing serious opposite stick ,,So i land it before i loose it ..what could have happened ???

Did you bump it when starting? Did you let it initialize? It should pump 3 times.

Don't know the weather there but I tried to fly my 3G in the Cold(38 Deg.) and it acted really weird. Flew it Sunday when Temps was back to normal (60 Deg.) and it flew great.

when my friend looked at it first time i had it strapped down to try to solve problems and one of the things he did to get it to fly great was remove the strap ,,but now it looks like the aileron instability is probably due to vibrations and i should strap it again !!!!
